For orders: name, address, email address, phone number and payment details.

For a B2B account, in addition: company name, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, type of business, expected volume and website or social media.

To review B2B applications and verify VAT numbers.

To contact you when you ask us to, for example via the contact form or WhatsApp.

To meet legal obligations, such as the statutory tax retention requirement.

We keep order and invoice data for 7 years, as required by law.

Data from rejected B2B applications is deleted within 6 months.

Messages sent via the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your question.

We only share data with parties needed to provide our services, such as the payment provider, the carrier and our accountant. We make security agreements with these parties.

We never sell your data to third parties.

We use functional cookies to make the webshop work, for example to remember your cart.
