Business customer (B2B): a company with an approved B2B account, such as a wholesaler, hospitality business or retailer.

Tray: an outer pack of 24 cans of 250 ml.

Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by Glory Energy and to every agreement concluded through the webshop.

The text of these terms is available on the website before the agreement is concluded. On request we will email the terms to you free of charge.

Deviations only apply if they have been agreed in writing with Glory Energy.

Offer and prices

Consumer prices include VAT and exclude deposit. Business prices exclude VAT and exclude deposit.

A deposit of € 0.15 applies to every can. The deposit is shown separately at checkout and on the invoice (€ 3.60 per tray).

Promotions are valid while stocks last or until the stated end date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Glory Energy.

The agreement

The agreement is concluded when you place your order and we confirm it by email.

Glory Energy may refuse an order or set additional conditions if there is good reason to do so, for example doubts about payment or the age of the buyer.

Business customers (B2B)

A B2B account is requested with a valid Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. Glory Energy reviews every application and may refuse it without stating reasons.

On approval, Glory Energy sets the customer type: wholesale or small business/hospitality. The customer type determines the price level.

Business orders require a minimum of 10 trays per order. A pallet holds 144 trays.

All business orders are invoiced through SnelStart, including orders paid immediately. Hospitality and retail customers pay when ordering. Only approved wholesalers with express permission from Glory Energy can pay later, within 14 days of the invoice date.

For an intra-Community supply to an approved business customer, we only apply the 0% rate after checking the foreign VAT number via VIES and verifying the company details. If the country of registration differs from the delivery country, contact us in advance.

The right of withdrawal in article 9 does not apply to business customers.

Payment

Consumers pay in advance. You can see the available payment methods at checkout.

If a business customer pays late, Glory Energy may charge statutory commercial interest and reasonable collection costs.

Delivery and breakage

The webshop bears the risk of damage to and/or loss of products until the moment of delivery to the consumer.

Given the nature of the product (can or glass packaging), the buyer must check the shipment for leakage or breakage immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported to customer service in writing, with photographic evidence, within 48 hours of receipt.

We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 3 working days. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the consumer may cancel the agreement free of charge.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal (returns)

In accordance with the statutory exceptions for consumer sales, the right of withdrawal is excluded for delivered energy drinks whose seal or individual product packaging has been broken after delivery. This is for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

If the original outer packaging (for example an unopened tray or box of 24 cans) is still fully intact and sealed, the consumer retains the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. Glory Energy refunds the purchase price including deposit within 14 days of receiving the return.

Age limit and responsibility

The webshop directs its offer exclusively at consumers aged 16 or over.

The buyer is responsible for following the consumption and advisory guidelines stated on the packaging of the energy drinks. The webshop is not liable for damage resulting from excessive consumption or consumption by medically sensitive groups (such as pregnant women or people sensitive to caffeine).

High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Complaints

Report complaints about the performance of the agreement to our customer service as soon as possible, fully and clearly described.

We confirm your complaint within 3 working days and give a substantive response within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve the matter together, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court.

Liability

The liability of Glory Energy is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Glory Energy is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential loss or lost profit of business customers.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, such as disruptions at carriers, extreme weather or supplier shortages, Glory Energy may suspend its obligations without being liable for damages.

Privacy

Glory Energy processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy on this website.

Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes with business customers are submitted to the competent court in the district of North Holland.
